These terms govern access to the SentraPulze application when it is provided to your organisation under a subscription arrangement.
Acceptable use
Use the product only for lawful business purposes aligned with your organisation's mandate. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other organisations' data, or misuse monitoring features for harassment, covert surveillance or unlawful discrimination.
Accounts
Access is granted to named users by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any second-factor devices you enrol. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
Service & changes
Features evolve with each release. The operator may suspend access for operational, security or commercial reasons consistent with your subscription agreement.
