SentraPulze is a reputation and public-signal intelligence platform used by institutions to understand, govern and act on what is being said about them in public. This policy describes how we handle personal and organisational data inside the application.
What we process
We process the account details you provide — name, work email, organisation, role — for authentication, authorisation, audit and support. We process the configuration your organisation enters into the product (such as monitored brands, keywords and approved sources) to deliver the intelligence service.
Public-channel content ingested under your configuration is processed to produce mentions, alerts, cases and reports. Processing is performed strictly for contracted service delivery, not for unrelated marketing.
Where data is stored
Structured product data is stored in the application database. File and object artefacts are held in a managed object-storage service when a feature requires durable storage. Transactional email — for example invitations and password resets — is sent through a managed email-delivery service.
Retention
Operational retention follows the deployment configuration and the evidence, audit and reporting requirements of the institutions we serve. Contact your account team for organisation-specific retention or deletion requests.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or request deletion of personal data we hold as a processor or controller. Submit requests via the contact route in the footer of this site.
Updates
We may update this policy when the product or legal context changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates, except where applicable law requires explicit consent.
