To request deletion of personal data associated with your user account, contact your organisation's administrator or use the contact route in the footer. Operators may require identity verification before processing requests.
Organisation off-boarding
When an organisation ends its use of SentraPulze, the operator co-ordinates deletion or export consistent with contractual obligations, legal holds and audit requirements. Some metadata may be retained where required by law.
Public content already published
Deletion inside SentraPulze removes or suppresses data the platform stores for product operation. It does not remove content from third-party websites or platforms where it was originally published.
